Love to go there, some people just want to take advantage of them,il benne going there 7 year never have probleme with them just aske for Mimi she is the best,and go check her Facebook page

Horrible experience rushed on my daughter hair sloppy job paid all that money for her hair to last four days her twist were fallin out while walking her real hair that was supposed to be tucked away sticking out DONT GO TO THIS PLACE HORRIBLE JOB AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WASTE OF MY MONEY

Horrible customer service. You don't have to have a cosmetology license to braid hair so they don't have repercussions for there actions. They braid your hair too tight. When I confronted them with a patch of my hair coming out because it was braided too tight they felt no remorse. They also told me it would be two people braiding my hair and it ended up being one. I am not satisfied with the results and will never return.
