Had a hair cut there today 1/20/18 by a young lady named Jennifer. Did a great job on the haircut was friendly and had a great conversation. It's a nice change from the hairstylist who usually say nothing at all and are to robotic in their haircuts great place highly recommend

It wasn’t until I got home I noticed that my hair wasn’t cut right and it was like she Missed spots on the back where it transitions from razor cut to finger length cut. I’ve leaned my lesson not to go too these great clips places. Seems like it should be named bad clips because that’s what you get there. Very disappointing that she didn’t notice it when it was very obvious how much she missed.

I use to go there every time,they are very friendly when I walk in but when they pull up my account they read something for a while and then get really angry,the customer service changes drastically.What could be on my account that causes the employees to get so mad at me?

I have been to many of the hair salons around lansing this was the best experience so far, tammy was very nice and knew exactly what i wanted once i showed her the picture, and walked me through what guards she was using and what she was doing, even showed me how to get my next cut for 5.99. Cheap and plesent experience. I will be returning
