What a great experience during such a tough time. The staff was very professional and quick to see my 10 months old son. They were very thorough and made sure they did everything they could to help us. We unfortunately, had to go back the next night and was sent to Mease Countryside for further testing bc of his oxygen levels. They called the hospital and made sure the pediatrician was still going to be there to see my son. They even gave use the doctors name to ask for and extra diapers we might need. We are so grateful we have this type of medical help in our neighborhood. As new parents we feel really comfortable going there in the future if we have too. Many thanks!!! The Hoben family

Took my granddaughter here on a Saturday the staff was amazing. They are all very nice makes you feel comfortable and Dr White was awesome also. If I could use them full time I sure would recommend all my friends here..Keep up the great work for the babies. And us worried mom's dad's and grandparents.

My experience with this office and their exceptional staff was Five Star Plus... There is no amount of kind words I could use to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for them and the way they treated me and my child when we needed them most I would and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends who are loving caring parents and want the best for their children... Lollipops popsicles and all... God bless you guys and again thank you from the bottom of my heart... Sincerely Nick Williams

Absoulty amazing staff. Very clean, kind and caring. Were always in and out. Wayyy better than the hospital and our doctors. We come here more than the children's doctors office. No appointments needed.

4hrs wait time. 4hrs. I understand that this is "urgent care" facility but letting a sick child wait for 4hrs is beyond disgusting. And they do it the smart way - they get you into the room and you should be happy that you have TV... Will go out of my way to find different clinic.
