Ag-Pro Companies - Dacula

I can't begin to say how wonderful this place is, the customer service is quite literally second to none about a month ago I came in to get some parts for my 648m, I had my three-year-old daughter with me and while I was doing with the wonderful Parts fellas the to cell guy one of them was Tommie Barret gave my three-year-old a sucker and a John Deere hat which was the most unexpected treatment I could have ever imagined from a place. Recently my mower suffered some electrical issues and I had to come in Brian the service writer was extremely quick and diligent and professional with calming me down and getting me another mower so that I can get back to work. The service manager David went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right equipment that suited my business needs, you guys are rivaling Chick-fil-A in Publix with your customer service and overall how you treat people you guys have a customer for life and I will make sure that all of my friends know where to get good quality landscaping equipment

Great JD dealership! Kevin was a great sales person. I lived in PA previously and had a great relationship with my local JD dealership. Between my dad and I we bought 10 or 12 different tractors, mowers and countless implements from that location. We sold off all equipment except for my mower and moved to GA. After moving to GA I decided I needed a tractor again to get some stuff done around the house. I went to 3 dealerships and none of them had the tractor I was looking for in stock. All offered to get it but, they were playing the numbers game with me. When I decide to get something I don't want to play games, just quote me the best price and we can get it done. Before driving to another JD dealer I decided to call first. I called Dracula and spoke to Kevin, he confirmed he had the one I was looking for, (1025R FILB), and quoted me his best price. It was $1500 less then the next best quote I got. I drove to the dealership and completed the deal in less than 30 minutes. He delivered my tractor 2 days later, on Memorial Day! Completely happy with the service and the tractor. You have a new long term customer. Thank you!

Purchased a 2017 John Deere 240S with bagger system and 10P Trailer today from AG-PRO Dacula. As a prior JD 318 owner I know John Deere tractors reputation of quality. Kevin helped make the purchase today a smooth process and Dacula AG-Pro is the only JD dealer I would recommend. Their showroom inside and outside is amazing, and they have every model and implement any size homeowner or farmer needs. They also stock quality Stihl and Honda equipment and have a fully stocked parts department. I'm not sure why another reviewer said "Worst Service ever" because that would be your doctors office, but I can say with honesty AG-Pro gave 1st class service and attention to me as a consumer. Slightly strange experience going there , I guess Monday morning and afternoons are not the time to show up . Possibly they all got bitched out at the weekly meeting or their all just plain damn hungover and thoroughly pissed that they had to show up for work. Not quite sure but they sure as hell all took it out on my unfortunate ass and all i did was make the mistake of spending my money there . Not any more though . They have definitely lost a client here . Every employee there showed nothing but hatred ,contempt and animosity towards me and the nicer I tried to be in a hopeless attempt to appease them the worse they got and the more insults they threw at me .
