Publix Super Market at Dacula Village

Very disappointed in the deli staff. 5:15 on a Friday night and no fried chicken available? Spoke to the associate who was boxing up 20 piece orders and told her I just needed an 8 piece. Her reply "That's gonna be 30 minutes". Yes, you probably noticed the lack of an apology like I did. While trying to decide what to do, the deli manager approached and asked to help me. Once I told her my dilemma, she apologized, and said it would actual only be about 20 minutes (as we watched the associate load up a warmer behind the counter with 20 piece boxes of cooked chicken for what I can only assume must be a to go order), to which I replied I had already been there 15 minutes. Now, I can appreciate that it's game night, and they may be overwhelmed. But shouldn't they know that the local team is playing and plan accordingly? At least have some cooking as soon the other batch is done. Not what I expect from Publix, honestly. On to Plan B for dinner I guess.

Best pharmacist "Adrienne" ever her staff is fantastic ! ! Only place I get my meds, meat. Best store around
