Great service and friendly people! Customer service here is amazing. The new manager Ryan had my girlfriends Volkswagen Cabriolet and my Honda Civic feeling amazing!! I truly recommend you stop by if your having car trouble.

This is our second service with Pep Boys in Dacula. Both times, John the manager has satified our questions & given us excellent custom service. I would recommend this location to my friends & family.

Went in for oil change, c.e. light, and brake inspection. Declined $1500 repairs recommended. Interestingly though, 2 of the screws on ac filter casing were left unattached, cover on fuse relay was left floating over headlamps and not reinstalled, also told me brake squeaking was due to "low quality pads" which they later confirmed they installed themselves before trying to upsell me for new ones. Engine coolant extremely low and wasn't caught during courtesy inspection. I may only ever return for tires, and even then I don't feel any loyalty. Update - took my vehicle to another repair shop where all repairs cost less than $500. Never going back.
