Very unwelcoming staff. 
While doing blood work....the person never removed the band around my arm. My lower half of my arm was blue and the blood stopped pumping. Due to that, my arm has a golf ball size bump that is sore. 
Also, while having a regular woman checkup, the person did a swab & made me bleed. 
I was referred to this place by Duval Health Dept.  Never again will I get medical assistance from these locations.

This place is unprofessional.. only welcoming aspect to the place is the sweet little lady security guard. They Don't let patients know ahead of time how the urgency of being on time is. I was 10mins late and they told me they cancelled my appointment. No one called, texted or emailed (like they did when I actually scheduled the appointment) I drove 30mins from the southside to be told this..I only scheduled at this location because the one closest to my house was over booked for the next 2 weeks. So not only did I waste gas, the staff was very unwilling to help in any shape or form. Or even apologize. Moral of the story is THEY SHOULD'VE LET IT BE KNOWN IN THE EMAILS THAT IF YOU'RE "10mins" LATE that you're appointment will be cancelled. Or at least contacted me at the time of my appointment noticing I wasn't there..

I Can never get a hold of any on the phone. For my daughter's 4 month check up I had to cal TWELVE times to finally schedule.
I have called SIX times now to try and schedule her 6 month appointment because they won't allow me to schedule when I leave the office. 
I am switching my daughter to All About Kids and Families. 
I just need to get them to fax over her records.

I'm been trying to called for hrs . Nobody answers,been in hold for 3hrs. Need to make an appointment for my blood pressure pills. Today is september 28 2016. I'm going to try tomorrow .
