To be brief,  several comments they stated early on were false and/or misleading; so, instead of appealing their dicisions, I am simply changing to another provider!

My former husband RON A PEROTTI JR dob 1/24/54 claimed me for his 2017 Health Insurance, cheaper rates.Due to me he had to pay $0 a month otherwise he stated $1000-$1500 a month. He never added me on his plan because I have Medicare While I still owe $thoudands what my Insurance would not cover from Jan - April 2017! I feel he should be Liable Paying My Bills! * ONLY REASON HE MARRIES BEFORE DEC 31ST TO QUALIFY FOR HIS INSURANCE* I WAS HIS 2ND WIFE LOOK INTO HIS HISTORY! MARRIES BETWEEN AUG-DEC OF EACH YEAR.
 He remarried out of the Country he will try to add her from the Phillippenes. Not a Resident Nor a Citizen of the US.Plus Florida does not Recgonize Marriages from the Phillippenes as beign Legal.

Florida Blue is a rip-off I pay $500 a month 4 Premium and can't get a simple coverage for my prescription Crestor but yet they'll pay over 3000 4 another medicine that I'm on. Set up basically saying that he'll with me at the end of the day give me your $500 and I'll see you in the hospital then you can pay 10 of thousands for medical treatment for not being able to give me or cover me on a simple prescription Crestor

If you love horrible customer service, long wait times and over billing, then Florida Blue is for you!

I have an excellent plan as an indiviual and pay great rates.  They also have awesome customer service and follow up if you had all your questions answered. So not understanding the negative comments below.
