Agents United took a chance on me having only been in insurance for 3 months. They took me under their wing and trained me, helped me receive company appointments and helped me grow my business to a very comfortable living. They still continue to work with me and have helped me succeed. Business has definitely been easier because of my association with this company and I am forever grateful.

I have been part of them for 8 years now. Easy to work with, they have great training resources to help train you and staff are great. They have treated us well!

If I could give 20 NEGATIVE stars I would!!!!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL business ever! These people don't answer their phone. A COUPLE OF weeks ago, I needed to add a car to my safeco policy, through these idiots at Agents United. I CALLED multiple times daily for a FULL WEEK with no answer, just their stupid little message! I finally called safeco directly at the 1800 number that you call for an accident. They were at least able to help me. The rejects at Agents United still didn't even call me to talk about the change. They just started billing me, again flat out LAZY AND UNPROFFESIONAL! NOW I need to add another vehicle and I called multiple times yesterday and today with no success. Finally I just now got hold of someone. She transferred me to two different WRONG PEOPLE. The third person connected me to safeco directly but he could do anything because it had to be done by Agents United. The safeco guy transferred me to his "specialist" at Agents United who promptly put me back onto their never ending message. So I called back several times. No answer AGAIN!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!

I was a broker for this company and they would not pay my commission. Do not do business with them
