Love this agency.  I have gone other directions and looked at a few different agencies on pricing.  And L.A. Bowen not only beats them but I seem to get better rates.

I’m a single mom and I was looking for affordable rates for my teenager son and I. A good friend from work recommended this place because of the great and affordable rates!! Went in and I was so surprised about the customer service too. JESSICA JONES is one of the best in this office. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place. I would give them 10 stars !!!

Brian Bowen & Alyssa Wilkinson are AWESOME!  They are SO responsive, SO helpful & they stay on top of my insurance needs without an ounce of worry on my part!  SO grateful to have people who watch my back when I am busy taking care of my family & daily life!

We have worked with LA Bowen insurance for 8 years now and have been so happy with the service and help we have received through the years.  TJ has been wonderful at keeping us up to date, and helping us find the best insurance rates.  He is always attentive to any questions we have and wonderful in helping us find solutions to any problems.  I would recommend TJ to anyone who needs an insurance agent.  Going to LA Bowen Insurance is the best decision we ever made in dealing with our insurance needs.

So, I've just contacted this company after a 5 week lapse in communication, regarding a quote. The funny thing is, I'm already a customer. I have an HOA master policy for my dwelling coverage, but need to get a different plan for my personal property, while requesting a quote, an in-training agent told me that my belongings aren't possibly worth what I believe they are, that I misunderstood how my existing insurance worked, and that I likely didn't need as much coverage as I thought. We were then told that we would get a call from an agent with a quote, and coming full circle have heard nothing in five weeks. I would recommend not going here unless you have to. They might get you an initial policy, but it seems if you try to pursue additional coverage they will rest on the business they already have hoping you won't switch firms. I'll subsequently be recommending at the next HOA meeting that our insurance be renegotiated and using another firm for my additional insurance products needs.
