ISU - Wiseman has been a family owned and operate Insurance Agency for over 75 Years and a part of the 4th largest insurance brokerage firm in America.

We have around 300 insurance companies available to select from which provides our clients with multiple options for coverages so they can get the best protection for the best price. While most of our clients are in Utah, we have the ability to write policies in all 50 states.

Craig was extremely helpful for me as I chatted with him about health insurance options. I needed an insurance plan that was flexible with maternity coverage, in addition to me turning 26 and jumping off of my parents plan. He told me straightforwardly my options and helped me to be aware of  what plans would work for me! I was so grateful for his professional help and how he knew accurately the information I needed.

Took me a year to write this review because  I was in no state to do it a year ago when we lost our almost  17 year old daughter.  We were with wiesman insurance for a decade  and the office staff was always nice and all , we added our 16 year old daughter to our policy and ev see everything was good, she passed i had to call to remove her which was hard enough in it self , so then our insurance goes up  quite  a bit up wth no accident 's ever , no tickets  same with out daughter  so I made calls for insurance quotes and come to find out they always look for the best rates which is great and all but it showed us as being  newly insured because  change of policy and here we thought we were being loyal for 10 plus years nope anyway would just like to say been with our new company for a year and have such a great rate . I'll  stop at this because  it was hard all the way around with the situation

Tried to get a quote for a company I am starting, she said it was to complex for her to give me a quote for coverage on my invention/business. She said there was a form and it had a bunch of questions, so I said "great, what are the questions"", she rattled off several questions without pausing for me to answer. I told her I had spoken with several other companies to get a quote and they were much more comfortable experiences, she said "go with them, then" and hung up on me. I would have said "OK" but she had already hung up on me. It was Leslie from two reviews down, the one who 5 star reviewed herself.

Wiseman Insurance has been fabulous to work with!  From presenting numerous bids and proposals, to educating us on our several policies, and handling claims...Rob and Craig have always been professional and thorough!  Riverside Country Club has benefited greatly from our relationship with Wiseman Insurance!

I have worked for ISU - Wiseman Insurance for almost 17 years!  It is my "home away from home!"  I cannot imagine working anywhere else.  Our office is professional and ethical in all we do and say and our customers are our #1 priority.  We try our best to give them the service they desire and to help them find the insurance coverage to best suit their needs, at a price they can afford. Rob and Craig Wiseman make certain we're all up to date on training and licensing so we can truly understand the insurance industry and the need for insurance coverage.
