Very expensive for no reason. Gel manicure.. $30? I didn't even get acrylics. She had her daughter do my nails...unprofessional. I could've done my toes and nails myself if it was going to look like this! Very disappointed.

Um all i have to conclude is: the door will probably have a sign saying out of business because they are worse than terrible. You could work with terrible and have room for improvement but this place doesnt display that hope. I walked out after 45 mins of waiting and thats with an appointment lol... good luck

It's the worst worst worst experience I have had in my life before !! This place is worst than worst !! Don't ever go here !! My experience was really bad !! I went in today for  my full arm waxing !! That lady with a crying face took me to a room and started doing my hands little by little and then she went called the owner and told her she has never done hand waxing before and now this owner is teaching her employee how to do waxing on my hands .. and when she pulled out my hair from the wrong angle, I lost it there, because nobody wants ingrown hair .. And when I demanded someone else to do it .. The owner again taught her how to do it, and this time with anger and she hurt me so badly by doing so fast that my hand started bleeding and when I told the owner you are hurting me ... All she says is ITS Ok !! Well it was not okay for me !! I want to sue this place !! And she didn't even do my full arm waxing, bcuz her employee just didn't want to do it cuz she didn't know !! I don't even want to give a 1 star to this place .! I want this place shut down!!

I went to get my nails done yesterday and it was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had in my life. I asked for a removal and a full acrylic set. The removal was fine but when it was time for them to put the acrylic on, it was absolutely terrible. I had mountains on my nails which took them 3 hours to file down. When I requested for someone else to do my nails, it was an issue. They only switched my nail technician when I threatened to walk out. The manager is so rude. None of them know how to do nails and I hate this place.

This place sucks!! They didn't fill in my nails all the way up to my cuticles and it chipped on the same day i got them done. My gem stone fell off also and I paid $30 for just gel manicure! It's a rip off in my opinion. I also see patchy stuff in my nails so she didn't do a good job doing an gem layer.The owner there is also very rude. I decided to get the gem after she finished my nails and she got very mad and started saying rude stuff in her language. I don't think this place even deserves a star. Would never go there again.
