Went for a haircut and was happy with the result. Not so happy with the 10 min wait in the middle of the haircut when someone came to buy cosmetics. No other complaints. It is neat and has ample parking.

I've been to this location twice as it's very close to my house. First time was a few years ago and I got the worst haircut I've ever received, up till that point. It was way too short and not what I asked for at all. I asked for a trim on top and got close to a buzz cut... looked like I just signed up for the military (no offense to anyone, just not the look I wanted). I moved away for a few years and then returned recently (two weeks ago) thinking that things might've changed. It only got worse. The more recent haircut by someone different (which I just got fixed at Roosters in Summit btw) resulted in short hair again and patches of hair that weren't touched. I had two quarter-size patches that were more than an inch longer than the rest of my hair that I had to try and fix on my own. Needless to say, I'll never go back there again. With that said, I must say the staff was nice although, ironically, the person who cut my hair kept bragging how much of an expert they were.... Do not go here and waste your money.

I am a person who never writes reviews, nor do I take much seriousness in my haircuts at all, but I had to with this one.  Don't go here.  The woman who cut my hair actually seemed like It was her first time giving a haircut.  She looked like she was questioning herself with every cut. Absolutely terrible, terrible haircut.  I would have been better off cutting my own hair in the mirror.  Please just do yourself a favor and don't go.

I would give this 0 stars if I had the option. They have a new manger in there now a Spanish lady who is so rude I'm sure she didn't know I understood Spanish and heard what she was telling  her employee I can't with this lady. I've come in here for quite some time for a trim or a simple blow dry I tried to get my hair toned and she refused to do it mind you it took like 7 min to have someone come to the front to even greet me. My fiancé was going here for a long time he came in for his haircut mind u it was slow, they had him wait cause there was an appointment coming in they never showed finally someone took him he told her what he wanted his usual
 cut then she had him wait for the other lady cause she couldn't do it ! 30min wasted! He just walked out such a waste of time ! Beware don't go here there's new management and it's terrible some of the other girls that used to work here left too and they were sweethearts! Wish I knew where they went to.
