I went to get my haircut. I wanted layers and when I asked the lady she said that the overall length wouldn't change. As soon as I got home I realized that she cut off almost 4 inches of hair. This normally doesn't happen when I go. I think it was just a mixup.

I never had an issue here.  I'm very happy with the staff and I've went to just about everyone in the location.  I also take my three sons here and they always love the haircuts they get.

Very worst service. I would give the rating in minus. Whoever see the review, be caution to go there. It's 90% 1 star and they deserve that or less than that. I don't recommend to go there

I don't post reviews unless I am compelled by my personal experience. After reading horrid nightmares people had at this place, I was nervous going in. In the end it turned out just fine. I think I had my service from Arti. I find her to be professional, and to the point.

I walked in on a Sunday and without any appointment. I had to wait a little over 15 minutes and walked out 15 minutes after. I am not sure what people are expewhen walking into a great clips. 

I have no reason to not go there again.

The Indian lady out there is very rude.took my 2 year old for hair cut. He went well combed.without touching his hair she claimed he got oil and needs to be washed .I said thank you and got it done at near by saloon in next 15 mins.
