With incredible attention to detail and a warm and friendly demeanor, working with Radhi and Scott on the sale of our Mill Valley home was a well thought-out and managed processed.  Radhi and Scott are an amazing team, with a fabulous dynamic that made our experience with them terrific.  They thoughtfully managed every aspect of our sale, from guiding our pre-marketing improvements and marketing to the sales process and closing.  These guys are A+!

Radhi and Scott (AHERN + KALMBACH) are truly a professional team and more than just real estate agents.  They provide solid marketing analysis, as well and real estate and negotiation expertise.  We always felt that we were in good hands and that we had an advantage with their San Fran Francisco and Marin team approach.  Radhi and Scott were personally involved at each step of the process, which proved to be invaluable at time of closing.
 
There are certainly many talented and experienced real estate agents in our area, but we felt that our property needed the specialization, personal commitment, state of the art marketing tools, and excellent communication skills that Radhi and Scott brought to this project.  And we were never disappointed.  We would happily recommend the AHERN + KALMBACH team to any buyer or seller and we look forward to working with Radhi and Scott again.
