I currently live in one of their buildings and I can not wait to move out. I have so many issues and they take so long to fix anything it honestly is not worth it. 

I complained about another tenant in the building and they did not even do anything actually said they did not want to get involved. 

I have had repair issues for the last 4 months and no one is out yet to fix it. I am not sure why I am having to chase them to fix anything. \

Definitely would not recommend at all.

This review today is only about my experience at the dentist today. 

I went to go see the dentist name Michael, and so I sat in the room with the receptionist and she was asking me why I came in here today and I told her this is just to loosen my jaw in my joint area. Then she asks me just out of curiosity, who referred you to us? I told her I called the 800# dentist on the back of my insurance card and I was talking to one of the reps yesterday who gave me 3 numbers to see which dentist suits me for my needs. 

This dentist name Michael came in and took a look into my mouth because he thought my jaw was in pain after I already told him and the receptionist that I was not. Then he got me to open my mouth wide so that he can see the inside of it and when I told him that I couldn't, he then proceeds to tell me to come back again next week and after I said goodbye, he goes no goodbye yet and writes me a note telling me to go get the prescription called "Motrin." 

Sorry, it's just the way he pronounced it. That was why he wrote the name of the prescription he told me to get.

Had to come on here to give them a shout after a few months of living in my apt in haight. Justin's been awesome and incredibly helpful taking care of the things that have come up and getting moved in earlier was really easy. He worked with me on the move in date which i wasn't expecting and has taken care of every request i've shot over to him so far.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I live in a building where one tenant is completely inconsiderate when it comes to noise. Multiple tenants have complained and the police have been called to see him. 

Despite this, the building manager has done little to address the problem. Worse yet, the last time I went up there to tell them to keep it quiet at 2 in the morning, I got an email the next day from the building manager telling me the disturbances had to stop or a lawsuit would be filed.
