Michelle Long was one of several San Francisco realtors recommended to me to prepare and sell a property which was part of an estate that I'm administering. I chose Michelle because she offered a plan for doing this that better than anyone else anticipated my particular needs. Michelle's presentation to me was well organized, and her marketing plans and portfolio were topnotch. Michelle exceeded my highest hopes and expectations in all aspects of her work. 

In less than three months, Michelle took the property's house and yards from being neglected, clutter-filled, and overgrown to closing escrow as parts of a clean and attractive home. This included hiring and managing contractors to do extensive yard-work, hauling, house cleaning, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and other minor repair work. Because of her longstanding, high quality relationships with these contractors, she was able to enlist them on short notice, even though this was during a period in which their skills were in high demand by others. This allowed us to bring the property to market in time for peak buying season, and the potential buyers' interest levels and offers reflected that.

Michelle provided very smart guidance about what was best to do (and not do) to bring the property up to an acceptable state for buyers and lenders while staying within the estate's budget constraints, and Hill & Co. Real Estate fronted money to do this work, which was very helpful. Under Michelle's management, the property met all of the buyer's and lender's requirements on first try.

Michelle's marketing of the property was very high quality and thorough and brought it great exposure. The web site she prepared for the property was stunning, as were the photographs of the property that it included.

Throughout the preparation and selling process for this project, Michelle's hard work, smart decision making, and helpfulness made my life as stress-free as possible. I always felt like the property was in good hands with her. Michelle was always pleasant to work with, and she always kept me informed about what was going on on-site. Because I live about an hour away from the property, this was especially important to me. It would be an understatement to say that I highly recommend her.
