What you want from a bank is security and protection. They offer non of those features. Glad to get away Don't bank here. Stay away from Susan she stole over 8K from my account.

I will never get a car loan from this place again. I decided to pay off my loan so I could sell my car. The banker told me if I paid cash I could get the title in the mail faster since they wouldn't have to wait fpr the check to clear. They said it should take 7 to 10 days. Well 15 days later I recieved my title. Which made it very difficult to sell my car. Now why can't they hand you over the title in hand once you pay off the loan? I even eent to the office that stores all of the titles, but they still had to mail it to me. At ENT they hand you over the title immediately. If you are interested in getting a car loan, go to ENT instead

I was a member of this bank for 25 years. I didn't know how poorly they treated customers here until I started banking at another local FCU. You would be wise to avoid banking here.

Great service experience for many years. As with other Credit Unions, they have a variety of no-cost accounts, etc.

Some other nice parts:
* Their accounts work nicely with Quicken. 
* I can view front and back of my checks online for years.

One wish: it sure would be nice if they had longer branch hours.

I can't give them a zero, or I would.  Here's the reason why:

Although not a member, (my significant other is)-DON'T trust them.  His ex-spouse came in and was inquiring about HIS accounts, whether or or he's started the re-financing of the house, etc... AND the customer service representative at the counter FREELY gave information to the EX.  She clearly violated one of AAFCU's core values of integrity.   She had ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS giving out his information, AS THEY ARE DIVORCED.  No, I'm not writing as the women scorned-we're better of, actually...
