We were from out of town when our dog dislocated his hip at my parents house. We brought him here and he was treated like family. They were very caring and explained everything clearly. If we ever relocate to midwest city, we will be using this group as our pet's primary care.

Called on a Saturday after hours because my dog was choking and couldn't move brought him to this place, and they said ring the bell. There was no bell to ring so I called and let them know I was outside. They said they will have someone let us in. 5 min go by still waiting, called again they said the same thing waited another 5 min still nothing. My dog could have died while I was waiting for someone to let us in. Terrible service.

I really like the doctor but the office is terrible. I waited over an hour for a 5 minute appointment. I wait so long every time I'm here. My dog got his teeth cleaned and I waited 20 minutes for them to just go get him from the back room so we could leave.

Being in the busy area of MWC it gets extremely busy and the lobby gets so full with people and pets (sometimes strong, nearly uncontrollable [due to lack of training] pitbuls which makes people anxious) that you can't even sit down and are forced to stand next to a dog that wants nothing more than to jump on you and demand your affectionately back rubs. Service is okay... But boy is it unpleasant to go at the busy times (the only time we have).
