I cancelled my service in January, when we moved to Ohio, however they have still been charging me, and it's May. My units is empty. When I called to inquire about it, the manager, a male, was very rude and short with me. It's unfortunate this is how they treat their customers. I had no issues with the storage unit itself. I'm disappointed that I will have to take action with my Bank to stop these charges.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable! The facility is very clean and there is not a lot of traffic or crowded whenever I go. I would recommended  to anyone in town needing a storage unit.

Honestly it is a very good storage facility, security and all. the biggest gripe I have are the access hours to the storage units. Sometimes you may need to pick up or store things at late hours but they close at  8 or 9pm. No getting in and especially no getting out so be out before the clock beats you. It's not very convenient for busy rotating schedules. Other than that, very good facility indeed.

Extremely helpful in very short notice. No crime or issues in years, lots of military and police. Currently updating to even more sophisticated security. Owner is helpful at all times, wide range of time to store. Military discount as well

Been storing my extra stuff here for over a year. Very happy with the service. Excellent value for the money. Excellent customer service. Never had a single issue.
