Have tenants and their furnace had become inoperable in the last couple of days, called over to AirMax this morning (as I've had them do work in the past installing furnace and A/C's in my properties) and let them know I was having a problem, and the tenants were using their oven to keep warm.  The fit me in right away and sent one of their techs over in 2 hours.  He fixed it in about 6 minutes flat and their house is as toasty as ever.  Apparently airflow is pretty important in these things.  

For the speed, knowledge, and friendliness of the tech, a service call fee is cheap!  Much appreciated!

Jason, the AirMax Technician, was punctual and efficient as well as knowledgable and friendly.  He worked hard to diagnose the problems with my furnace.  The company in general I found to be very respectful to me as the customer.  They really worked around my work schedule to ensure timely service request.  I HIGHLY recommend AirMax!

My furnace was totally out. Like, something on it literally blew up! Technician Jason came out and was awesome!!! Extremely professional, exactly on time, great attitude. He fixed it and in a timely manner! He also made sure the area he was working in was as clean (probably cleaner! Lol) as when he started! Will recommend this company to everyone I know! Keep up the great job!

Provided thru AHS for a heat pump. Heat pump started running immediately and then after a few other "checks" by the tech, the heat pump shut down. Wrote report that a "power surge" burned a condenser which was not covered under warranty. Have had another company and the power company check and IT WAS NOT A POWER SURGE! Airmax was supposed to call me (with a solution) over a month ago and DID NOT! They will not reply to my numerous messages and will not take or return my calls! Unprofessional !

I had great experience with Airmax in Cincinnati location. Jessica who handled my calls and responded my questions with cares and honesty that makes me feel safe and trust. Jason and Reco, the technicians help me with my heating and air done a wonderful jobs and honest works makes the differences on the repairs unlike some other companies are not honest and trustworthy. I would go back to them again for the service because of their honest works and their sincere cares with customers.
