This veterinary should just quit and close down there business.  We brought in a cat from behind “there” (vets office) building that was hurt.  When we brought the animal in they said we would have to pay for the hurt animal.  The animal was behind your building and your suppose to help animals.  They demanded we pay.  The people should close down there office.  Your not a vet or human being that I would want to take my animal to.  
WARNING: Stay Away From This Vet!

In response to Larry Lectric the animal was 15 ft behind there building.  I do appreciate his response, however this isn’t the first time this animal clinic has had a animal get loose from there care.  They always come around and ask if they can come look around for the animal.  Mr. Larry commenting on another’s review doesn’t help if you don’t know the circumstances.  Larry I hope they help you in every way possible. Have a good day

Great staff and Doctors! Able to get me in same day called! Amazingly gentle and caring with exotic pets! I took my leopard gecko in because she has part of the tip of her tail dying. Dr. Sokoloff gave me medicine and a treatment plan. Now her tail is doing so much better!

I really like this hospital for my dog ,the staff is really great ,the place is clean.You don’t have to wait long to be seen..thank you for all you do.

So this place is a bit pricey for exotics but absolutely worth going to. The attentiveness and kind quality customer service received beats all other veterinary offices in the pensacola area.
