It's an emergency room, so you can expect a wait, especially on a weekend,  but the care & cleanliness is great! My 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel walked into a barbed wire fence,  damaged an eye, & had surgery to remove/close his eye. The cost was steeper than we had hoped however after it was all said and done they reimburse us a good some which was a huge blessing since we were in the middle of a move. We appreciated the honesty and the great care they provided. We would recommend this vet emergency service to others.

We took our black lab in because he was retaining fluids and having difficulty breathing.  The vet took x rays and determined from them it was cancer. She recommended putting him to sleep because he would probably not make it through the night.   She had my 85 yr old grandmother in tears believing it was the only option.  I disagreed and recommended that we take him to our vet the next morning for a second opinion. I could not understand how she determined it was cancer from just an x ray.  Luckily my grandmother came to her senses and took my recommendation.  Our vet ruled out cancer through examination and blood work.  He concluded it was a heart problem which can be treated with medication.    Its been a month now  and our lab is back to his normal self following my grandma like a shadow.  

They lacked compassion and gave me the impression it was all about the $$$$.

I am giving two stars because after I declined the "GOLD STAR STANDARD VET CARE" (hospitalizing my dog who IS drinking water and IS stable for IV fluids and observation and more $300 abdominal xrays every 12 hours), I was warned and  threatened, depending on the team-member, I would taking my animal AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE- AMA. They use the "Gold Star Standard" to manipulate emotional pet owners into spending lots of money very quickly. Well versed in animal rescue, I brought my dog home. She passed an unbelievable pile of sticks this morning. I am only out $500. Imagine if she had stayed for observation.

I knew going in that my fur baby was probably worse off than we could manage. The staff was incredibly sweet and very considerate of my son and I’s emotions knowing we were probably saying goodbye to our 10yr old dachshund. The Vet himself was very kind and very gentle with our fur baby. I can’t thank them all enough for helping us get through a tough moment!! Prices were also right around what we had anticipated.

They were amazing, efficient, compassionate, and straightforward.  Although our outcome wasn't what most would hope for, it was under medically sound advice after exploring all available options.  The techs explained things thoroughly, and the on-staff evening Vet was compassionate and reasonable, with honest recommendations while not being pushy.  They did not try to up-sale unnecessary testing or procedures, and everything was upfront in disclosure.    Thank you.
