So they told me my insurance would pay $400 of my bill. I paid what was told, which was $1700. My dental claim came in saying I was only suppose to pay $600 which means I would have needed an $1100 refund. I spoke with Gretchen who said the insurance doesn't take in account for some stuff so I would be getting $947. Okay fine, whatever I just want my money. It takes a month in a half to get my refund check which is only for $763. This place is just ridiculous!!! The ONLY good thing about it was how nice Dr. G and Cheyenne were... also I came in for my appointment on time for a simple 10 minute crown. 4 people came in after me and were called before me. I waited my whole hour lunch break from work just to be called. IF THEY DON'T GIVE ME THE REST OF MY MONEY I WILL SUE AND TELL THE 10,000 PEOPLE AT NAVY FEDERAL TO NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. CUSTOMERS DO NOT COME FIRST IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

They made me feel real comfortable and within a short time Dr. G had a plan to get my smile back. I am confident that this will happen and will write another review after I'm smiling again. Demi & Cheyenne did an awesome job explaining financial options and treatment. Thanks Eddie aka Leslie Skipper

Dr. Gerstenberg and his staff are very professional, prompt and down to earth. He has taken care of our entire family and many of our friends. We regularly refer to him; when asked about finding a dentist. He is gentle and does EXCELLENT WORK. We also take our daughter, whom is down syndrome; every six months. He placed sealants in, when she was young; she is now 23 and still has beautiful teeth and no cavities. He has a wonderful and patient Hygienist (Tosha) and a well trained staff. He is one of the best dentists that I have had the opportunity to use. We highly recommend him and his office for all your dental needs.

I have an actual phobia. Dr G and the ladies who helped me made me feel comfortable and reassured me every minute I was there. The office and the staff are beautiful and professional and I would recommend them to everyone!

I absouloutly was impressed on how awesome this team at Dr.Gs office was to me. They are so kind and they made me feel at home and comfortable. Highly recommend them!
