Twenty to thirty minute wait after appointment time. Office staff is terribly inefficient and unprofessional. Went and got two root canals at a specialist and told the Schildroth office staff before setting up the appointment that I needed to get two crowns. They told me the dentist would need to evaluate and make sure I needed the second crown. Obviously I need the crown if THEY approved of the root canal. Came in for my appointment and they said well we only have you down for one crown, at this point I'm livid and upset. Now I have to wait another month with a hole in my tooth. This is the worst dentist office in Pensacola.

He is the only provider in a 50 mile area through Solstice Dental Ins. He has seen my wife and daughter which took 2 months to get in for an appt.. He provided a filling for both of them which came our within 2 weeks for both of them. Then you have to go back so they can bill your insurance again. This place is a chaotic madhouse. They are seeing a patient every 5 minutes. If you can afford it , get better insurance or find a different provider.

This is the worst Dental office in Northwest,Fl. Office staff is rude and office old and dirty. Made an appt for a cleaning they text to confirm appt showed up for appt for cleaning hygienist not there. They lied and said they called to cx never did. We live 30 miles away roundtrip 60 miles not even an apology,will never go back and my advice if you have an appt you'd be better off cancelling your appt and go elsewhere.

Dr. Charles Schildroth is very unprofessional, his office is very dirty, and Dr Charles Schildroth scared my 6 year old daughter on purpose told her he was going to pull her tooth, she was there for two fillings not an extraction. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST, his staff is great he is terrible!

I have used Dr. Schildroth over the years and have always received the highest quality care one could receive. His staff has always welcomed me with a warm welcome and hardly ever have to wait to be seen.
