This dentist is AWFUL, I would not recommend him at all. My first visit I happened to be six weeks pregnant. I knew I would probably need approval from my OB for care, but I decided to go anyways. While I was in the waiting room one of the hygienists walked out and asked me very loudly, in front of everyone, "ARE YOU PREGNANT?!" She violated my privacy and it was embarrassing. Her behavior was completely inappropriate. In addition to the unprofessional behavior of the office staff, the dentist is unfriendly and his work is terrible. Dr Schildroth told me I needed three fillings. After he did the work, I told him they did not feel right, that my teeth had very jagged edges. He showed no concern whatsoever, and told me it was normal and would wear down. My teeth never felt normal, and I later used a mirror to look at my teeth and discovered large visible grooves, as if they had not been filled at all. I recently moved and found a new dentist, who confirmed there were not any fillings in my teeth. I am thankful I found an excellent dentist to repair Dr Schildroth's work before any further damage took place. Worst case scenario, this doctor is crooked and dishonest, performing procedures improperly on purpose. Best case scenario he is simply terrible at what he does and doesn't care about his patients' comfort or experience. Avoid this office!

There are no way I would ever send anyone to this office or dentist they are so unprofessional I asked what the treatment plan was and they got angry that I asked the question it seemed like the entire office came out for a fight it was a simple question that was not even answered they are rude and unprofessional even Dr. Charles Schildroth was rude I see no problem with asking what is the treatment plan I strongly recommend not using Cordova Dental center i am very disappointed with them

My daughter and I both had to switch to this office after an insurance change. Professional and friendly staff every time. We've been seeing the staff since the summer of 2015. No problems. We drive an hour each way and will continue. Cleanings seem more thorough than my previous long-term dentist, plus flouride treatments. I am currently without dental insurance, but I will still make the drive to their office and pay out of pocket, rather than seeing someone in my own town!

This is actually Deborah Brosene writing this post. When I found out that this was the only dentist our insurance covered and I read the reviews I was afraid. However, I have to tell you that I have been rich and I have been poor and have dentists all the way in between. I have to honestly say that this has been my favorite dentist EVER. For one, he is a one man practice, but he has enough dental techs to not keep you waiting.He accepts anyone, which is something to really say....The dental community has become like a plastic surgery practice and most dentists just care about the income. He is NOT this way. I have always felt that he was organized and sympathetic. He has gotten the insurance approved for ALL of the procedures that my family has needed. (including white fillings). He has referred me to an oral surgeon for an extraction. The cavities I have had filled I did not even need lidocaine shots and felt nothing, and I have never waited in his office for longer than ten minutes at most. The staff is friendly and they send text messages to remind you. If you want to make an appointment online - they DO call back. The ONLY negative is that the waiting room feels a little dirty but it's really not....and who cares about that? I am SO glad I found this dentist and I have been now maybe 4 times - both my children and husband have been and no one has had a bad experience at all!! So, maybe you guys rating this so badly should try going to a dentist who cares only about the money and pay $300 for a cavity filled. See how that feels and you can really appreciate what this practice is doing for the community.
