This company’s Professionalism and pride in getting job right the first time will ensure that I always call them when I have a problem with my heat pump.  My heat went out in the middle of a 17 degree night.  All morning I called around to the bigger companies and none of them even returned my calls or was even remotely interested in helping me out.  In the middle of the afternoon, I did a Google search and found AirStar.  They explained to me that they were booked up, and that they could get out to me first thing in the morning.  Everyone else was talking about 3 or 4 days, and not even calling me back in the mean time, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment.  Ryan arrived, and he just went straight to work.  He explained clearly and concisely what he was doing so I could follow along – I’m nosey that way – but that didn’t slow him down.  He explained why he was doing certain tests and etc..  Long story short, they are inexpensive, good at what they do, and will always get my repeat business.
