My wife and I had the good fortune to  find Matt's add in a magazine shortly after we bought our new house.  We knew we wanted a screened in patio, but did not know where to find a reliable and trustworthy builder.  
His ad showed the type of structure we wanted so we called to get an estimate.  
Matt came to our home and listened to what we envisioned and came up with the plans to make it happen.
Matt took care to all the permitting needed and proceeded to build our screened patio to well beyond our expectations.  We were consulted during the whole process and kept informed every step of the way.
Matt's work is absolutely meticulous.  He is detailed oriented and was more demanding of his work than we were.
Considering how much wood had to be cut, I was amazed at how clean our yard and patio was.  Every night and I mean every night the patio was swept and blown free of sawdust.
In conclusion, Matt is amazing to work with.  His craftsmanship is great, he is honest, and he shows up when he says he will.  He goes above and beyond what is expected.

He was excellent worked with all our needs and design.  He added a few design ideas as well that we took and are extremely pleased with.  Kept the area very clean from nails, small pieces of wood and any scrap metal.  HIghly recommend him and would use again.

Matt did a great job covering our back deck.  The final product was well built and way above our expectations in workmanship and finish.  

I would highly recommend Matt and Holly Springs Builders.

Matt Brush of Holly Springs Builders did a terrific job of finishing my attic making into a home office.  As a Realtor I see handymen and a lot of trades come and go….some are very hard to get to return a call.  Matt has earned my trust and will be top on my list to refer out to my clients.
