Thats terrible We bought a house with them, if we could go back definitely we would. 
Bad post sales service, they delivered unfinished house for us and never appear to finish and do the fixes.
Totally dissatisfied I do not recommend this builder! 
Had many issues since loan that they try to charge a lot taxes that builders should pay to us. Stuff sucks!

I really have a problem with KB homes. I Judy wish they would stop building ugly crammed neighborhoods in a town that used to be a nice small town and on land that used to be beautiful farm and woodland. There's nothing we can do about it though I guess.

The beer selection is great and always changing, but they're still figuring out food selection and staff. Go for the beer, but don't hold your breath on the all ala carte menu that comes out hap-hazardly
