A month ago I bought a 2016 Ford F250 Service Body truck for my mechanic at FedEx Ground. Kin Bilton made the transaction turn-key. From finding me exactly what I was looking for to processing the sale in a timely manner. Couldn't of asked for more. In fact, just last week, I added a 2017 Ford Transit to my FedEx Ground fleet through Kin and Bilton Ford. The same result. A customer for life!!

I needed a new Explorer as my current one had a ton of miles. So I stopped into the dealership to see what they had available. I went into the dealership a little on the defensive, expecting the high pressure sales tactics, expecting to be bombarded with sales pitches. Nothing could be further from the truth. They took time to explain all my options with financing for several different types of Explorers and even searched to find the right one for me which took about a week. I was blown away with how transparent they made the transaction.  The service department has been great to work with when I bring my car in for basic maintenance and upkeep over the last several months. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use this dealership. A big "Thank You" to the entire team for all the help!

I brought my 2001 ford f550 in to have a wiring problem fixed on my right side injectors. I had to have the under injector wires inside the valve cover replaced, along with the external wiring harness. Keep in mind, I myself am a mechanic, but had no way to do this as I was out of town and no shop. I watched 3/4 of the repair, The mechanic had to remove my cylinoids to repair my truck, I seen them removed. Well, one month later, I have a breakdown, it's the high pressure injector line that feeds that side, it runs underneath the cylinoids, it rubbed through on the cylinoid mount because the factory spacer was not replaced. I called them to discuss this, and they replied, we never removed the cylinoid bracket!! I know they did as I seen it. Now after a 440.00$$ wrecker bill, and at least 2 days work lost, I have to wait for another ford shop to fix it and find out how much more Bilton Ford will cost me.
