If been trying to get an appointment for 1 month already. I call every day 30 minutes before 5:00 pm to see if I have any luck ,and all apointments are already taken for the next day!!! What the heck is wroung with this people!! My account is not being updated daily! I've called send emails ,and chats and no one is available to help me.
Its been almost 9 weeks I haven't received nothing but my determination letter on 4/16/2020. Y'all take my money so fast but when it's your turn I got to wait what is that about?
This is a joke!!! No one ever answers the phone, I pay my fair share of tax to the state but when I need unemployment I can’t get it! I keep seeing the message that fact finding must be determined to see if I’m eligible for payment, it’s been 8 weeks now how long does it take!!
Been waiting since jan 3 2021 not a cent of unemployment yet iv tryed the appeal route iv tryed direct call we cant help you iv tryed the live chat they tell you to call the number that tells you all appointments are taken
THIS IS NO LONGER AN UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE FOR FILING UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS, THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO GO TO GOOGLE AND CHANGE THIS MISTAKE SO I HAVE APPROACHED GOOGLE TO REMOVE IT COMPLETELY AND RENAME IT THE ALABAMA CAREER CENTER. THEY CAN THEN CHANGE THEIR OWN WEBSITE. GOOD LUCK GETTING MUCH HELP WITH CAREERS HERE EVEN THOUGH. THE STATE COULD SAVE FUNDS BY CLOSING IT ENTIRELY AND HAVING FOLKS GO THROUGH A WEBSITE WITH MORE LUCK AND MUCH CHEAPER FOR OUR STATE.
