They use to be good when I first started riding the MCATS. But then last year they went down hill. The caller operators are rude. They don't take change. But some of their people are good. The bus operator is a nice person.

When I first started using MCATS they was a good public transportation. I use MCATS for my husband who has had 2 Strokes last year and can not drive himself to his doctors appointments. In the past couple of months I have scheduled his pick ups more than 24 hours in advance. And on 2 different occasions I have had to reschedule his appointments because they never showed to pick him up in his power chair. One of them times that he was scheduled to be picked up was today and when I call to see where his ride was the lady informs me that he was not in the computer for pick up. Now if I called on a Tuesday to schedule his rides for Thursday and Friday and both pick up dates was read back to me. Then where did his schedule pick go in the computer. This man is wheelchair bound and relies on public transportation to take him to his appointments. This not right. How does a scheduled pick up disappear out of y'all computer.
