Alachua Health & Fitness Center is a 14,000 square foot state of the art health and fitness facility located adjacent to Chiropractic Associates of Alachua.
Alachua Health and Fitness Center boasts over 40 cardio machines including treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, stationary bikes (upright and recumbent), and rowers. In addition to the cardio machines, Alachua Health and Fitness Center has 42 upper body machines, 17 lower body machines and 8 core body machines, many of which are Hammer Strength. If your interests lie in free weights we sport 4 tons of free weights and we have dumb bells ranging from 5lbs to 120lbs.
We offer a variety of different classes for every fitness level.
We are constantly seeking improvement and it is our number one goal to please our members and to provide personal and convenient service and support.
