Dr. Berk and all the employees of the office were very professional and kind. Dr. Berk diagnosed my problem quickly and ordered medication that worked wonders.

This was the worst experience I have had at a doctor's office. Dr. Berk began the consultation with insulting me, followed by not listening to any of the answers to questions he had. He has NO bedside manner and is a poor medical professional. Staff was polite, but Dr. Berk was horrible. Cancelled follow-up appointments, will not return.

Would like to state first that the staff at this office are absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful and genuine. My experience with Doctor Berk however was not. He showed no sense of urgency to have my follow-up scans scheduled, which to me demonstrated his lack of concern for me as his patient. When I went in a second time for answers as to what I could do while in hiastis to alleviate the pain I was in (which was causing me to endure many restless nights), he was more than condescending to the point of basically accusing me of being there for no other reason to get a script for more pain killers. I left in tears. He may just well be an excellent doctor in his field, but his bedside manner is jaded. I will not be going back.

Staff is always professional and pleasant. Dr. Beck gives you his full and undivided attention. While going to the doctor is never fun, they do their best to make it as pleasant and personable as possible. I find his skills and patient communications to be excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend to others
