Ordered my kids birth certificates online and in out of state, got the notary to fill out and stamp the forms that were required, faxed them in Friday, the money was taken off my card accordingly, and I received them today on Monday. I paid the 16.50 for the Fed Ex shipping and the 2.50 to have a signature required on delivery, and I am very happy I did. I would agree with paying the fed ex shipping fee if you are out of state and need things quickly, you'll be happy you did it for sure.

My very very first time to go there when we applied for our marriage license..all staffs were very accommodating and very approachable as well..and we decided to get married there too!!Keep it up all of you there!and love your work with dedication,love respect especially to the people who come and go there!!God bless!!!😃❤🍸👍👍👍

Your Service is HORRIBLE !!! I called weeks back to confirm a death record., which was confirmed! Today I called back to pay $23.00 to have it mailed to me as per the instructions given on my first call! And six calls alter I am still being told that you do not and did not locate the record as stated you had. Obviously I am a liar? And there is No Record nor will they look. The subject is my lost son that Died at 29 years old in Alameda. If this is your best, pat yourselves on the back for not knowing your job and or helping tax payers !

The customer service that I received was excellent! The FedEx shipping was worth it (since I needed my documents in a hurry). So, if you're ordering from out of state please do yourself a favor and pay the extra fee for shipping. You'll be happy you did.
