Messed up my shirts. I explained it 4 or 5 times when I dropped them off the lady acted like she wasn't paying attention and when I picked them up a few of them was messed up. I called and they got very defensive and did not want to refund me and wanted me to come up there on my time and money just to press one or 2 shirts they messed up when it was convienant for them. Very bad business and rude people.
