I took an expensive white blouse to this cleaners. It was about three weeks after picking it up from the cleaners that I decided to wear it. When I  took it out of the plastic, it was damaged in two places. I took it back to the cleaners and the employee told me the boss would look at the blouse and call me.
Needless to say she never called me. Ii called twice and was never transferred to her. I think I deserve better customer service than I received. Sure I can purchase another blouse but that is not the point. So you are fore warned.
