Awful! I have been going here simply out of convience. It has never been because of a "clean" laundy. The closing hours depends on who is working. At night they turn off the automatic doors so it apears that the place has closed. The only working bathroom is disgusting. It's dark, dirty, has bugs running around on the floor and the light does not stay on. 

On any given day, close to half the machines will not be working. If you leave your clothes in a dryer for five minutes after the cycle ends, the lady will take your things out and dump them in a cart. 

Oh... and instead of having a machine that you can buy laundry products, you need to buy from the store but the person working is always to be on her phone to help you. 

I would never recomemd this place to anyone!

This is mainly getting five stars because this place is like the Taj Mahal compared to any of their close competitors as far as their laundromat is concerned.

I arrived at this laundromat on a Sunday just before 6:00 PM. When I went to the counter to get smaller bills for the coin machine, the attendant was no where to be found. I noticed her standing out front smoking a cigarette so I patiently waited for her to finish... and I waited and waited while she smoked 3 cigarettes before returning! 

I loaded my laundry into the machines then left to get something to eat while it washed. I returned just before 7:00 PM to switch my laundry over to dry, but I was stopped at the door by the attendant. I was told that I could not dry my laundry there because they were closing. I referred to the hours posted on the door, which said the facility closed at 8:00 PM, and was very rudely informed by the attendant that she needed to clean and be gone by 8:00. 

So, according to this rude attendant, even though I started my laundry before 6:00 PM and had an hour before the facility closed I could not dry my laundry because the last hour was reserved for her to clean. When you go to Target an hour before they close, do they tell you that you can't buy anything for that hour because they need to clean? When you go to a restaurant and you walk in 30 minutes before they close, do they tell you that you cannot order food because the kitchen is being cleaned? NO! BUSINESS HOURS MEAN YOU ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!! 

Needless to say, I will NOT be doing my laundry at this facility again.

Got to the locked door at 9:30 with a closing at 10pm sign. Had 4 shirts and 2 pants to dry in my hand. Woman that opened the door said the boss wants her out at 9pm, even though the sign says they are open til 10.
