Food is ok, but more often than not, there are youth leading youth. Things go undone and authority is challenged. This is a place where the part time workers aren't always working to pay bills or help family, they are earning gas money. Some, yes, are snooty.

Ok, maybe it was just a new employee, but my experience here was totally awkward. After the kid took my order, he began to bag my food (I was ordering for 8 people) when there were 2 other customers waiting to place an order. Then he took one girls order and ignored the next customer while he bagged that order. All this happening even though the manager kept telling the kid to man the register and take orders. There were plenty of other employees to bag food, but he was the only cashier. This Wendy's is difficult to get in/out of from traffic. It does not flow with traffic from either direction and Stone Oak is always busy... people don't want to let you turn in to the Wendys or let you out!

They gave me a one week old chicken sandwich that they threw in the microwave. Will not return!
