I've never had any issue with this Wendy's. My order has always been correct and quick.

Normally, they are fast and accurate. I love going here versus the Whataburger next door because of it. However, my last visit left something to be desired of their service. I went through drive through, but when I got to the window they didn't have my order even up. I had to reorder everything, then pull forward and wait while people behind me got their orders and left. I don't know if they were training someone new or what, but like I mentioned earlier, usually they are great.

Went there this weekend and wanted to pay partial with a gift card and I would pay the remaining balance with my debit card. The cashier inside "ran" my gift card then my debit card. When I got my meal I saw my receipt showed no gift card was applied to the balance. I went up there to tell him and he just so happened to have my gift card underneath the computer still along with someone else's. I told him just give me my gift card back since the balance is still there. I hope this isn't an ongoing scam of his or at this location. Be aware!

Food was made fresh and hot! I ordered the 4 for 4 double stack. The people at the windows were nice. I went at night.

Usually this restaurant is pretty good. Today was not a good day. 1. When we were handed our cups the gentleman put his fingers deep into the cup to separate them. 2. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. 3. The drink station looked like a bomb was dropped on it. There were lids, straws and straw wrappers strewn everywhere. One employee even came out and got a drink, saw the mess, looked around and proceeded to take a break without fixing the problem. 4. The bacon on my baconator was burnt. 5. I had to go back to counter twice for items that they failed to give us.
