Honest!
Child in college in Atlanta-- so hard to know if what I am told is the truth  regarding repairs as I am out of state. I've spent 2600. in the last year in repairs to a 2001 Honda, only to have the car break down again after two months each time. (Different garages too).
Decided to ( I know, I learned a lesson) search by reviews, so glad I did. 
Nick got on the phone and explained that the engine was shot and not to bother  doing anything, that he has seen this happen before.. He didn't charge me a penny for taking the time to look at it.
I wish I had found him months ago--could have put prior $ toward a new car.. THANK YOU NICK AND AL COX!! when we get a new car, we're having it serviced only with you!

Nick and Jeremy at Alan Cox Automotive were very honest and competent in diagnosing problems with my 2003 Honda.  First, they took an excessive amount of time in evaluating the intermittent  overheating/water circulation problem which could have involved many parts before replacing the radiator and solving the problem.  Secondly, they replaced the ignition switch after it malfunctioned intermittently twice.  In both of these instances, the problems were corrected after careful diagnosis and tests rather than just replacing parts that were functioning properly and did not need replacing.  I appreciate their professional expertise which saved me more aggravation  and dollars.

I've used Alan Cox Automotive for years now and have been completely satisfied with their work. In my opinion, they have made  significant improvements with added technology to be able to provide a more comprehensive array of services. I appreciate the honesty, integrity and reasonable fees they charge.
