Frankie is literally the best. I had to have two tires replaced due to nails and he gave me a great price, quick service, and was great to talk to. I'm very hesitant and usually do all work on my own but I was interning in Atlanta for the summer and didn't have much of a choice. I read the reviews and came here, and got great service. Frankie is very personable, genuine, and runs the shop well. Thanks to the mechanics behind the scene as well, your work is appreciated.

So last Saturday I went to the Pep Boys on Whitlock Rd Marietta Ga for a oil change on my car. He also check other codes on my car and told me what was wrong  and advise me to take it to the Mercedes dealeship and he did not try to take my money. I really appreciate the honesty. And all the reviews on Frankie the manager are true. He's very friendly nice and he tells you the truth about what's going on with your car. As a female he tells you the best solution to correct the issue instead of trying to take your money. I think Frankie is a amazing manager!!!! :-) Thank you!!

The experience was very average. I got a set of really good tires for a very low price, but it took them too long to put them on. The guys at the shop were very polite, however.

Frankie, at the Whitlock Ave location, is awesome. The friendliest guy I've met in a long time. He took my car in for service when the other Pep Boys on Macland Circle turned me away....all I needed was a headlight put in. I had already purchased the bulb I just needed it installed. It took Frankie 8 minutes to change the bulbs & i was on my way. Those were the friendliest & funniest 8 minutes. I assured him I'd come to see him FIRST if I need anymore car service while I'm here in Marietta, GA. Thank you Frankie(Whitlock Ave), you were GREAT!!!!

I was super impressed with the service. Frankie, the store manager, was great. Not only ro me but also to others who came into the store.  I saw him lend a pair of jumper cables to a kid who worked at Dunkin donuts. Genuinely a nice guy. They also quoted fair prices and helped my find a rim for a spare tire. The service was so good that i will be swithing my preventative maintenance to Pep Boys.
