Wonderful customer service and great selection. We have bought 2 bikes from here and have been very happy with the quality. Will go back every time I need anything for our bikes. Beats the chain stores in quality and pricing is pretty good, you get what you pay for and they are worth every penny.

Great staff who know their merchandise. The family loves the new e-bike. Everyone rides it.  Great selection of cruisers,  cargo and commuter bikes. I'll be back.

Very Helpful staff, Very knowledgeable!  bikes are reasonably priced. Just purchased our 3rd bike from Alan's.   We are a lifetime customer!

Top notch service. I've been in here several time to get my bike tuned. The standard tune is a great price, and the turn around time is usually about 24 hrs. Twice I've gone in with a problem I couldn't figure out myself. Bill diagnosed it and fixed it in about 20 min for no charge. As far as I'm concerned it's the best place in San Diego.
