The staff in the bike repair department was very helpful and professional. Repair cost was very reasonable and was done quickly. They also offer a military discount, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store for repairs and for purchasing a new bike or accessories.

I purchased a bike rack that needed to support the weight of two e bikes. The salesman was knowledgeable friendly and went out into the parking lot and showed me how one operated. He also price matched the lowest price online.

This place is great. Products are top quality, but it's the attention & service from the staff that makes Trek the only place I go for any and all of my cycling needs.

I have taking my bikes in for service several time. I have a mountain bike and triathlon bike. Everyone in the service department is very knowledgeable, friendly and truly customers oriented. And to top it off, the team is always fair on pricing and does their best to get me the lowest price on parts.
