Such great food and service. One of my favourite places in Michigan. Literally everything I tried here was good. The pizza and the wings were amazing, and so were the sauces. Had honey BBQ and some hot sauce.
Wish I'd found out about the place earlier! (thanks, Moe!)

Also tried their spicy "burger on fire" and it was surprisingly so good. Had these spices or sauce that no other burger place used.

We ordered lunch from this place on 11/06/17. We are not  1/4 mile away and the order was placed at 2:03 well past the lunch rush. The delivery driver came in at 3:11 and explained he had picked up the food 30 minutes prior.  When I phoned to complain I was not so helped by Rhonda the manager (as she presented herself). Rhonda was rude and kept calling me “honey” and when I asked her to stop her reply was “are you offended by that?”
Not professional! Next she basically told me that we could reheat the food and eat it later.  I explained we missed our lunch due to not having our food. Again she said we could reheat the food and eat it 4 hours later.  
I explained to this rude woman that this was ridiculous and that I expected her to fix it. She explained that she could give us $5.00 off our next order.  Our cost was $15.43 not $5.00 and we won’t be ordering from this place again.  I asked to have the owner Ray call me and it’s been 11 days and I guess he is too busy to be bothered by an unhappy customer. 

I would would remove stars if I could !  DO NOT DINE IN OR OUT WITH THIS RESTAURANT.

Initially, when I called, I was put on hold by a machine, which made me not want to order. 5 minutes of being on hold went by before I was answered. The man speaking on the phone was friendly. They told me that my food should arrive within an hour, and I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before I got a call explaining that my food would take half an hour longer because they're busy. Any business owner/manager who is consistently that "busy" should be assuring that the employees and establishment can handle rushes efficiently, rather than harassing people who made honest reviews online. This business is lacking in professionalism and efficiency for how mediocre and pricy the food can be.

Love this place, I live and work close by and they are always super friendly and bring me amazing foooood. What more could I want? Lol
