Messed up my order every single time I've went. The manager is a very nice and great guy, but his staff is absolutely terrible. Employees sound upset to be taking orders and are not polite in any way. I've had one nice delivery driver.  Order was supposed to be extra sauce and extra extra extra onion, they put no sauce and put like 6 strands of onions, which i believe was malicious because I asked to make sure its a lot a lot of onions. This place sucks, I feel bad for the manager because he's great but he has to work with this terrible staff.

First off, I work at a Jimmy Johns so i know how things are supposed to be done and how things are ran. I called to place a pick up and was asked to hold, so i'm on hold for about 5 minutes till i just hung up and called right back, then they take my order which i was very specific about and I asked when it would be finished, because I know at my store we do them right away but I didn't know if they were busy or something so i figured i'd ask, and he said it'll be done by the time i get there, so i get there about 10 or 15 minutes later and it's not done... 5 minutes go by of standing there and I ask them if it's done and the guy on the register was like "Oh my bad" and didn't see it in front of the register. Then, when i went to eat the sandwich, all the specific instructions i gave them they ignored and my sandwich was wrong, so i called to speak to the manager and they said he was "out" at the moment and he'd give me a call back but never did.

Good food, fast service.   Gets crowded by the drink fountains.

Subs are usually good.  Staff personalities are a bit to be desired. Only one staff member initiated a 'have a good day' when i left.  He wasn't even the one who serviced me.  Shame!

Horrible ordered delivery at 6:30 30 minutes still not here called the store and the manager said it's on its way waited another 10 minutes then called and canceled my order this is the worst Jimmy John's in Michigan!!!!!
