The customer service is beyond world class. They do all they can to help you get the best financial tools you can even suggesting new things that are appropriate for you. They seem to have an intuition about what your next steps should be and the are always ready to help. Lines are usually very short and service is fast and friendly. They are open 7 days per week and in the evenings. Just wonderful people.

The ladies here (only ever seen women) are always so friendly. They have always gotten me in and out and been very helpful with anything I needed :)

This bank holds your money from you for 2-4 days then doesn't let you take out or transfer your money at all. What a useless "bank". What kind of a bank steals your money from you then tells you you can't use any of it. Save your frustration and time and go to somewhere else that actually cares about their customers

Always great service here! I'd like to thank them for being open all day on saturday. I work on weekends and know it's tough.
