Excellent staff, excellent demeanor, and understanding people. We can't forget, a BANK, is still a business. and must make money, as well as spend money to make more. Their website, yes, can be glitchy at times, but I'm the type of person who likes to write down my answers that i give to a computer, verbatim, so i can not enter the wrong password. I've been helped well within reason by the friendly staff there, they've even waved late fees for me due to the website glitching before. I treat them the way I want to be treated, and have an excellent experience being a member of their bank. If you're looking for a bank where people know your name, and actually care, I'd pick WIB before something the rothchilds will snatch up in a couple years.
