Love this place. The staff have tremendous knowledge and clearly love sharing it with others. Members are welcoming and range in age. This place has changed my life.

Overpriced, unsafe, and try to manipulate reviews on Yelp (there are 42 filtered reviews, and only 3 published reviews. If the filtered reviews were posted it would have a 1/5..). Just look at the youtube videos for this club and how dangerous and irresponsible they have beginners do lifts. Pretty sad attempt at Crossfit, and no where near the level of other Crossfit gyms. Also, the prices are pretty outrageous. Better off going to Albany Strength in downtown Albany – where membership is only $160 for a year versus the $2,000 they charge at Cross Fit. You want to get strong? Be around guys who can deadlift 800+ pounds. Not yuppies who can barely squat 150 pounds here.

The workouts can be tough but the trainers (coaches, really) are good at adjusting them to your level. I've gotten wonderful t results here, and so have others. There is a great ciommunity feeling. Recommended!
