The negative reviews for this gym are simply hysterical. My partner is a HUGE gym buff and I'm an on&off regular. Best fitness is great. This one of the three locally being my favorite. Easily the most accepting and calmest crowd of all the Capital Region Bests. They have all the equipment I could need, and then some. The trainers are as varied as any other gym, the community being equally varied. Don't take the other reviews of people complaining about customer service to heart. I once switched my cards without telling them and ended up with $300 in fees, and when I calmly called and asked for help, ALL of those fees were eradicated and I was given the month free.

i was a member for 2 years i had to sign a two year contract the gym was new as well as equipment so no issue there. my issue however was thier dishonesty and poor customer service to start off you get that yearly "club improvement fee" then when you want to cancel when your member ship runs out your told "well you havent given enough notice" so you need to pay one more month at 14.99 instead of the usual 9.99 neither of which i should have to pay to begin with. i gave one star but they really deserve negative stars in my opinion never again will i join any of the best fitness......

I don't like dishonesty. Unfortunately when someone says 'If you refer people, your monthly bill will be $19.99" and then I see a $30+ bill and then call back and get told "It will be effective in 30-60 days, until then you'll pay the full price" to me, that is dishonesty. I've worked in retail where employees are pressured to sell products with minimum information to just push the product/service to the consumer. I've always explained everything to the T to my customers. It meant my commission was less than other employees, but it also meant that every single one of my customers were 100% satisfied and loyal. I'll never refer anyone to here. Facility and trainers are pretty decent. Would've given a 4/5 star if it wasn't for the dishonesty factor. Just thoroughly despise it.

Great place to work out. Plenty of machines and space, doesn't get busy. Locker rooms are really clean and nice. Cody is awesome!
